“Our goal of developing a marketing conference for our clients, to say the least, had the potential to evolve into a logistical and time-consuming nightmare for our company. However, we were determined that with the right convention manager, we could make it work. Ginger Burrier was approached by our team (by virtue of reputation) to secure her services for essential needs such as site inspection, hotel and accommodation management, food and beverage coordination, manage audio visual personnel, act as hotel/convention services liaison, and reviewing banquet event tickets and final billing. Frankly, our company lacked the bandwidth or expertise to manage these fundamental elements effectively and Ginger was contracted to meet these needs.
